The whole cement production line is composed of many cement equipment, including crusher, raw mill, cement kiln, cement mill and etc.

Cement Production Process

Crushing process: the raw materials such as limestone and clay are coarsely and finely broken, and the pre-homogenization technology is adopted to preliminarily homogenize the raw materials.

Raw material preparation: raw material grinding accounts for more than 30%, coal grinding station 3%, cement grinding station 40%, ensuring product quality.

Preheating and decomposition: the raw material is fully mixed with the hot gas discharged from the rotary kiln to reduce the heat consumption of the clinker.

Firing of cement clinker: raw meal can be fired into the rotary kiln for clinker, so as to improve the thermal efficiency and clinker quality of the system.

Cement grinding: the clinker is formed into particle size, which can accelerate hydration and meet the requirements of cement slurry setting and hardening.

Packing: After the above, you can either pack in bags or in bulk.
